Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, manage IT budgets, mitigate operational risks, and drive ISO27001 implementation and certification.
  • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and lead technology initiatives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Implement and manage manufacturing-specific systems such as ERP, MES, and SCM to optimize processes.
  • Lead IT projects, evaluate new technologies, and coordinate with external vendors for solutions.
  • Recruit, train, and manage IT staff while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Head of IT in a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in S4 HANA migration and ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery planning
  • ISO27001 implementation and certification experience
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
