Job Description
Software Development-
- Manage software development team
- Strategic planning of using the software projects for the optimum growth of the organization
- Implementing IT security standards in the Software development
- Compliance of Audit related issues
Documentation-
- Create IT policy, IT security policy for the organization
- Responsible to work on all the high priority RBI compliance related item for IT
- Preparing documents pertaining to any ATR related with IT application and compliances
- Documentation of Circulars, Office Orders and Office Notes
- Project specific documentation as and when required
- Creation of Software user manual and other technical documents as and when required
The Successful Applicant
System Administration-
- Setup, configuration, securing and management of physical and virtual servers owned by the organization.
- Securing servers with the latest technology available
- Strategic planning for new services and solutions as per the business requirements of the organization
IT Hardware and Networking-
- Procurement of complete IT assets of the organization
- Implement IT security across the organization
- Software license management
- IT vendor management
