Job Description

  • Leading the IT application team to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Strategic planning and execution of IT application initiatives
  • Managing third-party vendor relationships for the procurement of necessary software
  • Ensuring the security and compliance of all IT applications
  • Developing and implementing training programs for staff
  • Monitoring the performance of IT applications and making improvements when necessary
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends in the insurance industry
  • Reporting to senior management on IT application performance and plans

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head IT Applications' should have:

  • 15+ years of overall experience in IT applications, preferably in the general insurance industry
  • Open to Mumbai as a location, work from office
  • Candidate should come with experience - working in IT application development and management
