Job Description

  • Develop and implement the investor relations strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, ensuring timely communication.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings announcements.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors and financial analysts.
  • Oversee the creation of annual reports and other investor communication materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Investor Relations should have:

  • CA/MBA with 14-20 years of post-qualification experience in the real estate/infrastructure sector
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investor relations practices.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
