They operate as a part of a large organisation, offering a professional environment and opportunities for impactful contributions.Job DescriptionFund Raise & Investor Relations§ Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute capital-raising strategies for thematic funds.§ Identify, map, and build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, and strategic partners.§ Serve as the primary point of contact for investors - managing inquiries, feedback, and regular communication.§ Craft a compelling corporate narrative to align with the firm's investment philosophy and performance metrics.§ Coordinate investor engagement through periodic updates, reports, valuation summaries, and investor meetings.§ Prepare and finalize fund-related documents, including PPMs, pitch decks, and investor communication materials.§ Support investor due diligence processes by providing timely information, data, and clarifications.§ Continuously improve investor relations frameworks to strengthen stakeholder confidence and trust.§ Keep the Board and key stakeholders informed on investor sentiment, market trends, and fundraising progress.Research & Strategic Support§ Conduct in-depth thematic and sectoral research aligned with SVL's fund strategies.§ Track global and domestic PE/VC market trends to identify emerging opportunities.§ Prepare comprehensive research reports, market studies, and strategy briefs for internal use and investor communication.§ Scope and assess the investor landscape, including competitive benchmarking and trend analysis.§ Liaise with external consultants, legal, and tax advisors for due diligence and compliance-related tasks.§ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical inputs and obtain necessary approvals.The Successful ApplicantCandidate Profile:Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Overall 15+ years of experience with significant fund raise experience in private equity, venture capital.Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow).Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).Analytical Skills: Experienced in financial modelling and valuation.
