Job Description

  • Actively lead the preparation and formulation of SOPs and procedures.
  • Streamline processes and ensure compliance across business units.
  • Leading the internal audit training and development programs.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
  • Creating, updating and ensuring compliance to the audit methodology.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for audit processes.
  • Identifying key areas of risk within the organization and proposing appropriate controls.
  • Ensuring audit findings are properly communicated with management and the audit committee.
  • Conducting follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions.



The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Internal Audit Head' should have:

  • A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the NBFC & FinTech Industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
