Job Description

  • Lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and rewards programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with C-suite leaders to support business goals through effective HR practices.
  • Manage workforce planning and succession planning for key roles.
  • Provide leadership to the HR team, fostering their growth and development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Human Resource Officer should have:

  • Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labour laws.
  • Experience in leadership roles within financial services
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
