Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR technology needs and gaps.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all HR technology platforms.
  • Analyse HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions for process improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of HR technology projects.
  • Provide training and support to end users to maximise system adoption and effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance considerations
  • Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills
