Job Description

-Lead the regional HR Shared Services organization and manage operations for Asia Pacific.* Ensure a stable, consistent, and high-quality service delivery engine for all HR Shared Services in the region.* Manage processes, operations, performance metrics, and people to achieve organizational goals in productivity, revenue, customer value, people development, and growth.* Drive future-ready operations, positioning the Asia Pacific hub as a Centre of Excellence and growth centre for all HR Shared Services.* Collaborate with other hubs to transition, consolidate, and transform additional relevant scope.* Partner with the HR Shared Services Customer Relationship organization to identify and manage customer needs.* Explore additional and new business potential with customers.* Build capability within the hub to consult and advise the HR organization on future roadmaps.* Ensure high service delivery quality in the region while adhering to the aligned budget and headcount figures.* Contribute to the future direction of Service Delivery Management as a member of the HR Shared Services Leadership team through direct insights and business ideas.

The Successful Applicant

Experience & Qualifications:* Extensive senior leadership experience in an international HR Shared Service organization, leading large and diverse teams. 15+ years of total work experience is a must.* Experience in managing globally distributed teams across the APAC, UK, and US region.* Deep understanding of the entire HR Shared Services business and its operational complexities.* Proven track record of driving and leading significant organizational change and transformation initiatives.* Strong experience in project management and delivering operational transformations that have resulted in scalable operations and positive customer relationships, even in challenging environments.* Demonstrated ability to achieve financial goals for the organization (service volume, cost, saving, and profit).* Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and defining appropriate solutions in collaboration with relevant teams.* Fair understanding of various HR technologies (HRMS, automation layers) and experience in driving the adoption of tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Skills & Competencies:* Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and empower large, international, and diverse teams.* Change Management: Ability to drive and navigate dynamic transformative situations effectively.* Strategic Thinking: Capacity to elevate strategic view, assess the overall situation, and build long-term action plans while also being willing to delve into details to understand and resolve root causes.* Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and financial leadership.* Customer Focus: Passion for providing high-quality, flexible, and efficient HR services that bring value to the business.* Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.* Communication: Strong and culturally versatile communication skills, with the ability to be clear and consistent.* People Management: Ability to foster a culture of trust and high performance, enabling the full potential of team members.* Problem-Solving: Persistent and open-minded approach to problem-solving, viewing failure as a learning opportunity.* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world.* Personal Attributes: Self-aware, curious, persistent, open-minded, proactive ("just do" mentality), demonstrates a modern working and collaboration style, ability to laugh at oneself and with others, recognizes and celebrates successes, engaging and fun.
