Job Description

  • Handle a large-scale Greenfield Project.
  • Oversee Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
  • Addressing grievances and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure Compliance with Labour Laws and industry regulations.
  • Work towards Org Development and building the organization.
  • Be involved in Stakeholder Management including Government bodies, Panchayat, etc.
  • Build and handle a team. Attract and retain top talent.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant would have:

  • 18+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in large-scale Greenfield Projects within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Full-proficiency in Telugu language is a MUST.
