About Our Client

Our client is a fast growing global organisation that is focusing on strengthening their India centre.

Job Description

- You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Human Resources agenda for India from hiring to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management

- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth

- Work with the business leaders to formulate and implement a talent acquisition strategy responsible for hiring in Tech Functions

The Successful Applicant

- At least 15 years of experience post MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a must

- Experience managing a team driving HR including TA, Comp & Ben, Learning, Talent Management is a must

- Experience working with Technology/Product organisation is a must

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
