Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership : Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR and administrative matters.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management & Development: Oversee compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and other HR-related policies.
  • Policy Development & Compliance : Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Factories Act, BOCW Act, PF, ESI, and other HR Acts as applicable
  • Administrative Oversight :Lead and optimise administrative functions, including office management, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
  • HR Technology and Analytics - Oversee the implementation of HR technology solutions, including HRIS and payroll system

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA / MSW
  • Experience in 10+ years of HR and administrative experience with leadership capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience serving in the Renewable Energy sector / Small scale manufacturing setup.
