  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.

  • Oversee the preparation of management reports and financial statements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  • A professional degree in finance or accounting, such as CA, CMA
  • Client is only looking for 1st attempt CAs or Rank Holders
  • Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive financial strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
