We are seeking a dedicated Finance professional, who will be responsible to Head the FP&A activities for a listed Indian company based out of Bengaluru. This role will require you to handle a team of 4+ members while also contributing to financial strategies to strengthen and further contribute to the company's growth and success.

Having a rich history of 65+ years of operations and boasting over 1,000 products, 600+ stores PAN India and a global presence across Middle East, Africa and South-East Asia.

Job Description

  • Manage the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts and analyse variances.
  • Oversee financial planning and strategy implementation.
  • Overseeing the accounting, AP/AR and payroll and assisting in audits.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Statues like Income tax, GST PF, ESI, Professional tax etc.
  • Effectively manage and ensure completion of all the accounting activities
    during the month-end, Quarterly and year end closure.
  • Handle the monthly MIS and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and providing accurate financial information.
  • Prepare product profitability and pricing analysis and make presentations to the management on financial strategies to further help decision-making.
  • Co-ordinate with Factories and branches for efficient financial reporting.
  • Take initiative to bring out process automation and maximise SAP as a tool.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant:

  • Qualified CA is a must.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience handling a similar role across FMCG/FMCD, building materials, automobile or product manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Must have handled a team (minimum of 5 members).
  • Hands on experience with SAP FICO/Oracle as an ERP.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru.
  • Good knowledge and ability to conversate in Tamil is preferred.
