Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Formulate pricing strategies for its customers.
  • Be involved & support the leadership in fund-raising activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, CPA, MBA or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in financial management, developing pricing strategies & fund-raising.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
