Job Description
- The Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) Leader will be accountable to guide the integration of the services from all the entities, while meeting all quality and service level agreements with Finance Business Partners.
- Is accountable to grow the competencies of the teams in the reporting line and to drive the digitisation, automation, efficiency increase and effectiveness of the processes in scope according to Finance Target Conditions. Interacts with Finance Team members across the Division.
- Oversee the effectiveness, efficiency and compliance of the finance services provided by the Finance Shared Service Centre, starting with Accounting, Record to Report, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Deliver process improvement and service cost reduction opportunities.
- Coordinate People and Processes to meet Quality, Efficiency and Compliance KPIs for the services
- in scope.
- Continuous improvement through automation, people development.
- Facilitate and coordinate process improvement activities
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified CA / MBA preferable in accounting or business
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the area of Finance and Accounting
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the shared services space
- Strong experience in process improvement programs
- Female leaders strongly preferred.
