About Our Client

Our client is a listed organisation within the Automotive Industry with a domestic presence of 15+ years having businesses across automobile segments (Passenger Vehicles/ Luxury Vehicles/ Commercial Vehicles / Electric Vehicles in 2W and 3W space/ Spares Distribution).

Job Description

  • Handle financial operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies for the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and other financial institutions.
  • Handle and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the management team.
  • Manage all taxation, audits and treasury related matters.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
  • Coordinate & Timely Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Implement process automation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • Qualified CA/CMA/MBA(Finance) is a must.
  • 8+ years of experience handling the entire gamut of finance.
  • Prior experience in a listed company is a plus.
  • Fluency in Tamil & Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
