Job Description

  • Lead the finance department, directing financial planning and budget management functions
  • Coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements
  • Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget
  • Oversee daily operations of the finance department
  • Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures
  • Interact with other department heads to provide consultative support to planning initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory bodies
  • Lead financial planning and results management

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified CA is a must
  • 18+ years of post-qualification is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience handling the overall gamut of finance
  • Current/previous experience working within health-care/pharma/life sciences/medical devices is mandatory
  • Team handling experience is a must
