Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations and ensure the effective management of the Centre of Excellence in the professional services and consultancy industry. This role requires expertise in R2R, P2P and O2C along with compliance and taxation.

  • The employer is one of the leading PE firms in ESGRC space, looking for establish their Finance GCC in Madurai.

Job Description

  • Finance Process Management - Oversee end-to-end finance processes including O2C, R2R, and P2P for portfolio entities.
  • Compliance & Taxation - Ensure adherence to Indian tax regulations, corporate governance, statutory compliance, and GST requirements.
  • Process Transition & Integration - Drive migration of finance processes into internal platforms and ensure seamless data flow to central systems.
  • Stakeholder & Scale Management - Manage key stakeholders and lead a team size of 70+ initially, including M&A activities.
  • Reporting & Data Governance - Deliver accurate financial outputs, maintain data integrity, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Prominent Finance Background with experience in setting up GCCs
  • CA | CMA | MBA-Finance with 10 years + of experience
  • Service background people will be preferred
  • Core Experience in GL, AP, AR, Taxation and compliance
