Job Description

  • Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP/IGAAP
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Developing and implementing effective financial strategies including budgeting & forecasting for COE
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to track performance against key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Preparing detailed financial reports and statements. Drive initiatives to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Coordinating with external auditors and manage internal controls
  • Managing risks related to finance and ensure that the financial practices are in line with all statutory regulations and legislation

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Director Finance' should have:

  • 15+ years of overall experience with good understanding of US GAAP.
  • Strong experience of working in a similar set up preferably in a finance head role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
