Our client is one of the leading fintech digital bank with a global presence with a robust business across India.
Job Description
- Build and Lead multiple teams of 10-15 top notch engineers to own, drive & deliver critical parts of the fintech product
- Work closely with Engineering Managers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
- Success in this role is transforming a traditionally structured team (frontend, backend, QA, Ops) practicing Scrum with little to no automation. The end state is a flat hierarchy of small squads, each focused on product areas and able to deliver reliably and quickly into production. In order to achieve this the embedding on core engineering principles such as: TDD, CI/CD, DevOps culture and feedback loops.
- Set up the organization & processes to enable timely delivery of projects with high quality.

Looking for candidates with 12+ years work experience and currently working as Head Engineers with product platform companies in India with a strogn engineering background and strong technical knowledge of
- TypeScript, React, styled-components
- Python, NodeJS, Java
- PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MySQL
- Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, pytest
- AWS, GCP
- Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub, CircleCI
