  • Lead the development and execution of distribution planning
  • Drive operational and financial planning initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency in Techno processes related to Insurance distribution.
  • Manage the Finance function, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Guide the team in achieving the targeted business growth in the Insurance industry.
  • Oversee the compliance with regulatory norms in Life Insurance operations.
  • Implement innovative strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction in the Insurance sector.
  • Direct the strategic planning and performance management in Life Insurance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 15 years of overall experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with Life Insurance industry.
  • Prior exposure to handling distribution strategy, distribution finance, operations and distribution technology is needed
