Job Description
While reporting to the CMO your responsibilities will include,
- Own Strategy, Planning & Execution of Digital Marketing Calendar for Annual, Seasonal & Monthly time-lines
- Develop a Leading Brand Imagery across multiple online portals around the company name that is in line with the organisation vision
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Drive Thought Leadership for Consumer Acquisition & Retention
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Out of the Box Thinking to create new ways of interacting with customers and enhancing the CX
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
The Successful Applicant
As a Successful candidate you should:
- Be from Health-Tech/ Internet & E-commerce Industry (OR Healthcare organisation with Digital Focus) ONLY
- Come with 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing
- Ideally be a Full Time MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute
- Possess excellent communication
- Have Strong Business Acumen
