Job Description

Your key responsibilities would include the following:

+ Energetic & innovative leader who likes to set ambitious goals and build high performance teams+ Should have 10+ years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce+ Should have experience of successfully leading the growth of a B2C e-commerce brand in India + Should be currently having top line responsibility & have the ability to create multi-channel monthly, quarterly and annual strategic plans with revenue and efficiency improvement goals + Should currently be managing either a cross-functional internal team or external agencies+ Should have hands-on experience in growing sales through Facebook, Google and Amazon/Marketplace performance marketing campaigns. And should have Ad Certifications indicating the same+ Should have deep experience in using Google/FB/Amazon Analytics to analyse campaign performance+ Should have experience in using leading marketing automation tools for e-commerce+ Should be able to measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis

+ Set annual, quarterly and monthly e-commerce revenue goals and create full funnel digital marketing plans to achieve the same+ Deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports & analysis of e-commerce campaigns across channels+ Set KPIs and build a high performance team of internal resources and external agencies to achieve revenue goals and efficiency improvements+ Identify and implement relevant marketing automation

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must come with a minimum of 10+ years of experience of working in a digital marketing role. The person should come with strong interpersonal skills and an experience of working with an agency along with team management experience.
