Job Description

  • Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative and functional designs for transmission/clutch/powertrain systems
  • Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet engineering and manufacturing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design outputs.
  • Identify and implement new design tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor designs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present design strategies and updates to senior management.

A successful candidate possesses :

  • A strong educational background in engineering
  • Proven expertise in the Automotive Industry, particularly in clutch/transmission system/powertrain domain
  • Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the industry.
