With a growing presence across Europe, our client helps businesses stay compliant, optimize tax operations, and streamline supply chain processes.Job Description● Lead end-to-end post sales client engagement process - (a) Customer onboarding and training(b) technical implementation of our clients solution integrations with Client systems (c) Customersuccess & support (d) Pre-sales support and solutioning and (e) post go-live relationshipmanagement with customers● Work closely with internal stakeholders like sales, product and engineering teams to ensurecustomer success and satisfaction● Own KPIs on customer onboarding, activation, successful usage on the product, revenuechurn, SLA adherence on support, Gross and Net Revenue retention, CSAT and NPS scores● Lead team of 25-30 members across customer success, technical integrations, L1 support● Scale delivery team which will act as single point of contact from our clientour client side to resolvecustomer issues● Define and implement processes and playbooks to ensure smooth post-sales experience -Monitor overall functioning of processes, identify improvement areas and implement adequatemeasures to maximize customer satisfaction level, Program Efficiency and SLAs● For newly acquired customers : Manage a team which can interface with newly acquiredcustomers to understand their requirements, develop delivery plans (resources, timelines), pushinternal teams (sales, product, engineering, support, domain experts) to deliver, program managethe delivery projects and manage internal/ external stakeholders.● For existing customers : Build and manage team which can perform ongoing L1 support, issuesresolution and relationship management● Build in-depth understanding of the customer requirements, challenges, and new feature asksthat can be translated into product offerings● Interface and Manage System Integration Partners to ensure quality and timely delivery ofintegration projectsThe Successful Applicant● High-level technical aptitude to understand our products and how they serve customer needs● Proven experience in technical projects delivery and account management experience handlinglarge remote delivery teams (serving international markets from India)● Ensure high customer satisfaction and low churn● Strong program management, people management, customer relationship management,mentorship experience to deliver projects successfully and keep teams motivated● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage stakeholders at CXO andmid senior level● High level of ownership, ability to work in extremely high pace environment with cross-functionalcollaboration● Very good decision making and problem solving skillsWhat's on Offer- Industry leading compensation- ESOP's on offerQuote job refJN-042025-6722567Job summaryFunctionSalesSub SectorIT & TelecommunicationsWhat is your area of specialisation?Technology & TelecomsLocationBangaloreJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-042025-6722567
