Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Handle the SEBI, LODR and other secretarial compliances essential for the business
  • Manage the IPO process of the company from fillings to execution
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on compliance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all projects meet regulatory standards.
  • Oversee training programmes to educate employees on compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • CS qualification and at-least 15 years of experience
  • Must have led an organisation through an IPO process
  • Must have team management experience
