Job Description

1. Strategic Business Partnership

*Partner with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

*Serve as a key advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategy for respective functions.

*Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on talent trends, attrition, engagement, and productivity.2. Talent Management & Development

*Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, and talent review processes.

*Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure hiring, onboarding, and career development are seamless and aligned to organisation standards.

*Identify high-potential talent and partner on succession planning and leadership development programs.3. Employee Experience & Culture

*Lead engagement initiatives that build inclusion, recognition, and belonging across all employee groups.

*Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals through advocacy.

*Serve as an employee advocate while balancing business priorities.4. HR Operations & Compliance

*Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

*Maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

*Manage employee relations matters proactively and resolve issues with fairness and discretion.5. Organizational Effectiveness & Change

*Support organizational restructuring and change management efforts to align with growth objectives.

*Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and automation.

* Promote a performance-driven culture and embed HR best practices across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Corporate HR should have:

  • Proven expertise in the Human Resources function within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and organisational development.
  • Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in managing teams and working across diverse business units.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
