Strategic Business Partnership*Partner with functional leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.*Serve as a key advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and succession strategy for respective functions.*Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on talent trends, attrition, engagement, and productivity.2. Talent Management & Development*Drive the annual performance management, goal-setting, and talent review processes.*Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to ensure hiring, onboarding, and career development are seamless and aligned to organisation standards.*Identify high-potential talent and partner on succession planning and leadership development programs.3. Employee Experience & Culture*Lead engagement initiatives that build inclusion, recognition, and belonging across all employee groups.*Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals through advocacy.*Serve as an employee advocate while balancing business priorities.4. HR Operations & Compliance*Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.*Maintain compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.*Manage employee relations matters proactively and resolve issues with fairness and discretion.5.
