Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all contractual matters related to business operations in Hyderabad.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal advice on contract-related issues.
  • Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks effectively.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on contract management processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and associated documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in law or a related field and at-least 15 years of experience
  • Proven experience in managing contracts within the infrastructure industry.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify risks effectively.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools
