About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of solar products with multimegawatt production capacity.

Job Description

  • As a Channel Sales Head, you will be responsible for setting ambitious sales target and execution plans for the team inline with the company's expansion plans in India
  • Develop channel development and engagement strategy for revenue generation and marketing penetration
  • Develop and manage a high performance sales team
  • Partner with the rest of the leadership team to develop business strategies leveraging her/his market insights and customer understanding

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will carry 15+ years of experience majorly in solar or renewable industry, preferably in product sales and business development. Candidates with experience of distribution and channel sales, with some P&L management, will be preferred. They must have experience of managing and developing large sales team with focus on increasing revenues and market shares. Must be able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships internally and externally to leverage market intel for business development. Excellent communication and management skills, with openness to travel.
