The Head of Business Development (West) will be responsible for driving growth and drive portfolio expansion by sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring new office assets (leased or managed) aligned with the company's enterprise growth strategy.

Job Description

  • Source deals: Find Grade A office assets & build broker network
  • Analyze markets: Track demand, rents, and expansion hotspots
  • Evaluate deals: Model ROI, costs, and occupancy
  • Negotiate: Close leases, capex, and revenue terms
  • Build partnerships: Work with large developers & landlords
  • Execute deals: Drive due diligence to closure
  • Expand portfolio: Align growth with enterprise & GCC demand
  • Acquire the right properties at the right economics to drive expansion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Real estate professionals with experience in office leasing / acquisitions / asset management
  • Candidates from coworking, developers, IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank), or RE funds
  • People with strong deal-making & negotiation skills
  • Those comfortable with financial modeling (IRR, ROI, feasibility)
  • Individuals with a strong network of brokers, landlords, and developers
  • Strategic thinkers who understand market trends + location strategy
  • 12+ years experience in commercial real estate / expansion roles
