Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise asset value and performance.
  • Oversee property operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting for property assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for property enhancement and revenue generation.
  • Monitor market trends to inform decision-making and identify investment opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for leasing, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Ensure effective maintenance and risk management for all properties under your purview.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the property management team in New Delhi.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head-Asset Management should have:

  • Strong knowledge of the property and real estate industry.
  • Proven expertise in asset management and property operations.
  • Experience with financial planning and budget management.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership abilities to guide and inspire a team effectively.
