The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Assessments should have:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing assessment frameworks in the Chemical Industry or Industrial / Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for performance evaluation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.
