Job Description

  • Develop the road-map and implement AI strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven features.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential business applications.
  • Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis to support AI initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI development.
  • Mentor and grow a team of AI professionals.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI implementations, suggesting improvements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head AI should have:

  • A strong educational background in computer science, data science, or a related field from preferably a T1 engineering college.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience and no more than 12 years of experience.
  • Must have experience in working in Vision language models or Computer Vision.
  • Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, NLP, and programming languages.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative AI solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and have demonstrated leadership/mentoring skills.
