Job Description

  • Spearhead sales initiatives and strategies to increase market share in Bengal & Sikkim.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers.
  • Drive the team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to aid in strategic planning.
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives for product promotion and visibility.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • This role reports into theRSM East

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • MBA from tier 1/2 colleges (2013,14,15,16,17 batches preferred)
  • 7-11 years of overall experience in FMCG sales
  • Openness to Kolkata as a location
  • Candidate should come with experience - selling to Bengal & Sikkim geo in the Food - FMCG industry.
