Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and professional growth.
  • Analyse financial performance and prepare detailed reports for the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Drive cost optimisation initiatives to enhance profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee key financial decisions, including investments, funding, and asset management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group CFO should have:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Indian listed company experience in mandatory.
  • Exposure to dealing with multiple entities across geographies is a must.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, risk management, and compliance within the Mechanical Industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and manage a high-performing finance team.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • An understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sectors, particularly within the Mechanical Industry.
