Job Description

  • Designing and developing talent acquisition strategy in line with the organisational talent road map.
  • Designing and driving comprehensive annual campus engagement and hiring plan to maintain managerial and leadership pipeline.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA / PGDM ( Tier 1 / Tier 2 Business Schools )
  • 13+ years of experience catering to a mix of Talent Acquisition and HRBP roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management Skills with Proven ability to influence and partner with clients, customers across levels
  • Should have had an exposure to handle Campus Recruitment.
