Job Description

  • Steer the sales team towards achieving business targets.
  • Develop strategic plans for sales growth across different regions within India.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the GT Channel
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient after-sales services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Manage budget to deliver profitable sales growth.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to introduce new products.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'GM Sales India' should have:

  • 12-15 years of overall experience with 8+ experience in FMCD industry .
  • Open to Mumbai as a location
  • Candidate should come with experience of managing the GT channel
