Job Description

Talent Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.



Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

  • Lead DEI initiatives with a focus on increasing representation of women, people with disabilities (PWDs), and veterans (defence background).
  • Develop programs and policies that foster an inclusive workplace culture.



Performance Management

  • Lead and manage the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent and Training to ensure comprehensive talent management.



HR Operations

  • Oversee compliance and audits at the national level, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Streamline HR operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



Special Projects

  • Take on special projects as assigned by the CHRO, contributing to the overall strategic HR goals of the company.



Business Acumen & Stakeholder Management

  • Demonstrate strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.



Interacting with Senior Leadership

  • Engage with the CEO, senior leaders, and employees across levels to understand business context, challenges, and needs.
  • Support the Head HR for the business division by providing insights and recommendations based on interactions with key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience (12-16 years) in HR generalist roles within a medium to large-scale setup, adept in handling the entire gamut of HR functions.
  • In-depth and hands-on exposure to leading DEI Initiatives, Performance Management Systems (PMS)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team, with potential for growth.
