Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and financial policies.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk assessment activities.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the accounting and finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise financial performance.

  • Monitor and evaluate financial systems, recommending improvements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM - Finance should have:

  • CA with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in managing teams within the accounting and finance department.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
