About Our Client

Our client is a large-scale, established firm operating in the Property and Real Estate Agents industry in India.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the sales team to design a pricing strategy and work towards profitability
  • Furnish leadership with key business insights on key projects keeping market trends in mind
  • Work directly with various team, analyze data and make key strategic interventions
  • Manage competition bench-marking for each project
  • Making project feasibility with cost and revenue projections

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate industry is mandatory
  • MBA/CA from a reputed institute
  • 15+ years of relevant experience with close to 5 years of experience in strategy function
