Job Description

  • Lead strategic costing and financial control for large-scale engineered projects.
  • Own budgeting, planning, and financial reporting processes.
  • Drive cost efficiency and margin optimisation across the value chain.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and execution teams on pricing and project evaluation.
  • Ensure accurate financial planning and compliance with internal standards.
  • Lead and mentor a finance team while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with 15-20 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in ETO / project-based manufacturing environments handling large, customised products.
  • Expert in SAP CO (product, project, and service costing) and strategic cost analysis.
  • Polished, assertive leader capable of influencing and challenging cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner closely with the CFO and senior management.
