Job Description

  • Define and execute domestic sales strategy aligned with overall business growth and profitability goals.
  • Translate annual plans into state-wise and segment-wise targets, forecasts, and demand plans.
  • Drive revenue growth across direct customers, distributors, dealers, and institutional accounts.
  • Build, manage, and grow key and strategic customer accounts with long-term partnerships.
  • Design, optimize, and govern channel structures, pricing, margins, incentives, and credit controls.
  • Identify and execute geographic and segment-wise market expansion opportunities with tailored GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and R&D on product positioning, launches, portfolio expansion, and market feedback.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively addressing quality, delivery, pricing, and compliance issues and strengthening CRM practices.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing domestic sales team with clear KPIs, accountability, and ethical selling culture.
  • Track and review sales KPIs, prepare management reports, and stay updated on industry, regulatory, and competitive trends.



The Successful Applicant

  • 18-25 years of progressive domestic sales leadership experience
  • Proven success in chemicals, agro-chemicals, or specialty manufacturing
  • Strong command over distributor networks, pricing, and credit management
  • Strategic yet hands-on leader with strong commercial judgment
  • High integrity, compliance mindset, and stakeholder maturity
  • Data-driven decision maker with excellent people leadership skills
