Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports and statements to senior management.
  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Accounts should have:

  • Chartered Accountant with 15-25 years' experience in manufacturing/engineering sector.
  • Strong exposure to IndAS, consolidation, and listed company compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and audit coordination.
  • Assertive communicator with ability to present to senior leadership and boards.
