Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and transformation for Core HR technology across SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, and OpenText.
  • Own and evolve the Core HR technology architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Drive HR digital transformation initiatives that deliver simplified, standardized, and globally scalable HR solutions.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Partner with HR, IT, vendor, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize business outcomes and technology initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce platform governance, best practices, and security/compliance standards across the Core HR ecosystem.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and implementation partners, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs.
  • Champion continuous improvement through automation, streamlined processes, and enhanced employee experience.



The Successful Applicant

  1. 12+ years of experience in HR Technology, including 5+ years leading global Core HR transformations
  2. Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and OpenText for document management, workflows, and HR integrations
  3. Proven experience defining and executing platform strategies, roadmaps, and multi-year transformation journeys.
  4. Strong understanding of HR processes, global system design, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, data privacy, audit, security).
  5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with HR COEs, IT, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a track record of influencing at senior levels.
