  • Optimise resource allocation and workforce planning across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure workforce efficiency.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline workforce management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global labour regulations and policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce data analytics.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support organisational growth and transformation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Head - Workforce Management should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Atleast 20+ years of experience in workforce management with global delivery centres
  • Proven expertise in workforce management within the business services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage global teams effectively.
  • Experience in implementing workforce planning tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving long-term organisational goals.
