Job Description
As a VP Technology, reporting to the Country Head - you will be responsible for,
* Building and leading platforms and applications across the entire gamut of clinical applications globally
* Working with global teams on the Healthcare Digital Transformation
* Global Stakeholder management
* Decision making and product solutioning
* Understanding the customer's and business's needs and defining success and measurable outcomes of technology projects to manage expectations
* Defining the Strategy, Roadmap, and goals for the team in accordance with organisation's vision
* Implementing best in class service delivery models by defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers
* Building and training a global talent base with engineering and innovation capabilities enabling organisation strategies
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate should come with* 18+ years of leadership experience in Application Development in the Healthcare sector, leading engineering teams in a complex and fast paced environment
* 10+ years of leading technical teams in a complex and matrix environment
* 10+ years of experience in leading Clinical applications team, building applications and solutions along with partnering with external/ internal customers globally
* 10+ years of experience in the US Healthcare industry
* Skills as a strong communicator with high emotional intelligence, that builds relationships and trust and collaborates with all stakeholders
* Experience in understanding their role as a Talent Steward and has a successful track record of developing, coaching, and growing their team
