- Work closely with the operations / services / sales teams for smooth on-boarding and execution of projects
- Lead a team focusing on adoption, retention, renewal, up-sell and cross-sell.
The Successful Applicant
- Must have atleast 8 years of relevant customer success experience
- Prior experience in managing US / EMEA customers is mandatory
- Prior team management experience is a must
