Job Description

  • Work closely with the operations / services / sales teams for smooth on-boarding and execution of projects
  • Lead a team focusing on adoption, retention, renewal, up-sell and cross-sell.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have atleast 8 years of relevant customer success experience
  • Prior experience in managing US / EMEA customers is mandatory
  • Prior team management experience is a must
