Job Description

  • Lead a team of channel sales managers
  • Build new partnerships with ISVs/SIs/resellers/consulting firms
  • Grow the revenue contribution of indirect business to the organizations topline
  • Build GTM strategies and marketing budgets to spend on partner enablement
  • Hire Channel managers over the next few months and scale the global team
  • Focus on building partnerships in international geos such as EU/US/ME/SEA

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years total IT sales experience with 5+ years in SaaS industry managing channel sales
  • Minimum 3+ years of team management experience
  • Experience working with global partners across EU/US/ME/SEA is mandatory (candidates with experience managing channel partners only in India and SAARC won't fit)
  • Should have experience driving partnerships with ISVs and SIs
  • Should have experience in building and scaling teams
