Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end leasing for industrial and warehousing assets
  • Build and manage relationships with domestic and global occupiers
  • Build and manage broker networks across Bangalore and South India
  • Track market trends, rentals, vacancy, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, development, and projects teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of industrial, warehousing, and logistics real estate
  • Proven expertise in commercial negotiations and deal structuring
  • Deep network with occupiers, brokers, and consultants in Bangalore and south region
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
  • Data-driven approach to leasing performance and reporting
